NY school overwhelmed with dozens of undocumented kids who flooded in after border surge

A New York school taxed by the arrival of Central American unaccompanied minors now finds itself at the center of a state investigation on its enrollment practices. The issue brought renewed negative attention to the long troubled school district of Hempstead, which has yet to accept its rapidly growing Latino population.

As of last week, advocates say, at least 35 of these students who had successfully enrolled in Hempstead High School had not received instruction one single day. Other sources say as many as 70 kids are waiting to be accommodated.

“There is a tough relationship between the community and the leadership of the school,” said Jason Starr, the Nassau County Director of the New York Civil Liberties Union (NYCLU). The situation with these students “doesn’t make the community feel like they can trust leadership now, and the district is obviously going to feel targeted,” he said.

Some of the space crunch can indeed be attributed to the wave of children who fled violence in Central America and reunited with family in the U.S. A source involved with the Boards of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) said the district is strained because “there was a record explosion of over 1,100 students,” although some say the number may be closer to 700.

I hope all the parents who voted DIM/LIB in elections are enjoying their taxes rise to pay for these invaders...and, oh yes, enjoying their children being exposed to the diseases these nobama-children have brought with them. What a travesty.

If they have to stay, wouldn’t it be wise to teach them just English for a year. All day classes.

And they’re just the stupid sheeple, paid off for pennies (even though it’s not just pennies when it comes out the taxpayer’s check for the lot of them). The people with money, the people close to the power, who propagandise for all this, are the ones who make sure to keep their kids out of the public school cesspits. All the little people can do is homeschool, and sacrifice to do so-a worthy sacrifice, however.

Hempstead probably went for obozo by 90% or so. Now in thanks he displaces them with a new dependent class. There are indications in the article that they are beginning to grock it

Won't happen. The elites will just say we need more federal funds.

Coming to America but not on the LI Limited. No running water and flush toilets on those trains.

How did the "new students" handle body wastes on the trip?

Coming to contaminate your communities, schools and workplaces.

=============================================

TALKING POINTS Chamber of Commerce members--including publicly-traded companies---who advocate open borders should take heed. There have been thousands of accusations of human rights abuse, extortion, and even reports of murder on the freight trains transporting undocumented migrants to the US border....many coming to work in their companies.

The trains involved in these are publicly-traded companies, traded on NASDAQ, with "very influential stockholders", such as the Clintons and billionaire Mexico resident, Carlos Slim. Other stockholders include,T Rowe Price, Bank of America, and General Electric.

The real eye-opener is that these freight train companies are involved in the Narco trade, and one report makes it clear that the companies are aware of the abusive practices their train operators are engaging in. The border swarm is all about human trafficking, narco trafficking, and government and corporate collusion.

Nothing to worry about. Just jack up property tax on their US citizens.
