Here’s a little secret...the same thing happens on the Dem side. Their far left is in a constant state of pissed off at their wishy washy elected officials and want “real” liberals. The main difference is that they understand that half a loaf is better than no loaf. There are a few who will sit out because none are liberal enough, or fail a liberal litmus test, but far more will hold their nose and vote, just to keep the evil Republicans out.

BTW, most of the Dems consider McConnell and Boehner to be evil incarnate and as conservative as can be.

One more thing...the liberals (and Rinos) just laugh and laugh when “pure” conservatives stay home on election day. They know that you have conviction and integrity, but they also know that your ideas will NEVER rule the day. Everyday that goes by another bunch of Americans are dependent on the government and new Democrats for life.

Keep your conservative integrity and purity intact. When your descendants are all freezing and hungry in government housing and dying for lack of medical care, they can all share stories of how great-grandpa was a paragon of conservative principles and refused to vote for someone who only agreed with his positions 80% of the time.

Why would anyone sit home on a major election day. There is more than one race to vote for. Choosing not to enter a choice in certain races does not mean there are not other choices to make. And even if you could not vote for anyone then it would still be better to turn up and submit a blank ballot. Or a write in. “None of the above” is recorded somewhere.
