Lots of talk from people who have seen the report. Where’s the report?

I’m puzzled by the sudden deluge of commentary about authoritative details with no links to said details.

The report appears to be posted by the St. Louis Post Dispatch as a series of 16 jpg’s. I can view them just fine, here (a link at my orig. link):

Does that not work for you?

The images are copywrited, so I don’t know about posting them myself... Just skimming through them, the Post Dispatch article seems to be pretty much on the up and up. But I’m really short on time today, so I could have easily missed something.
