sniper capability? A 500 yd shot is a pretty good shot. A 1000 yd shot is a great shot. Shooting from the dark woods into a lighted building from 100yds is not “sniper capability”. That's what all the hub bub is about? Man sized target at 100 meters? I'll put 28 rounds rapid fire into that all day long.

During qualifying, they shoot at 200, 300, and 500.
Last fall my grandson went thru Parris Island, was high shooter in his battalion. Naturally it was due to Gramp's great instruction. A proud Gramp, I might add.
