And what if someone screens positive for ebola after that long international flight, confined with 150 people - some of whom may have left the airport ahead of that person? How do they locate everyone who may have been exposed?

An international flight is long and provides incubation time for someone who may not have had symptoms when they got on that plane.

This is idiotic and backwards (or diabolical), as usual with obama.
