'Paul Weston, candidate in the 22 May European Elections in the South East constituency and leader of the Liberty GB party, who was arrested in Winchester, Hampshire, on the 26 April, has had the charges against him dropped.
Mr Weston was arrested for publicly quoting an excerpt critical of Islam from the book The River War by Winston Churchill. After spending several hours in a cell at Winchester Police Station, he was charged with Racially Aggravated Crime, under Section 4 of the Public Order Act, which carries a potential prison sentence of 2 years. He was then bailed with a return date to Winchester Police on May 24th.
His arrest sparked a national and international outcry in the media and in the political world.'

As someone has seen fit to post an old April article on Weston’s arrest without follow-up, I am forced to repost this.
Coming to the USA very soon: Arresting people for hurting other peoples feeeeeeeelings. Courtesy of political correctness aka cultural marxism. Seriously, pc’s effectiveness at shutting down non-leftist speech and thought is utterly amazing. The scum that created it really knew what they were doing.

Before you dismiss this comment as far fetched...consider it would occur under a ‘bullying’ law, the latest liberal attempt to control the conversation. I can see this happening quite easily.

Political correctness has its roots in the Frankfurt School of neo-Marxist study in the 1920’s.
Mao stole a lot from Antonio Gramsci, who was imprisoned by Mussolini, who kept him alive, because he found Gramsci useful as a political theorist.

PC doesn’t work where I live. It doesn’t work on my sheriff, as he goes around the county telling women to arm themselves and learn how to shoot. It doesn’t work in my area with buying weapons and ammo because my neighbors are armed to the rafters. And I sure don’t see much PC here on FR or other sites I visit. Talk radio sure isn’t PC, nor are other conservatives news sites and blogs.
PC works with and on the wimpy ruling class, bed-wetting liberal morons and hand-wringing RINOs like Boehner.

So they are renaming it again... as Anti-Bullying...
Should never have been arrested in the first place. The cops who put the cuffs on home should spend a week in the stocks being publicly ridiculed.

The reference *IS* his book. I went to school with people that kept a copy of “the little red book” with them at all times, They were the ones that told me about Mao’s terminology for the cultural revolution, “politically correct”. After all, even though Mao may never have had an original thought, he did consider himself a political theorist, much like the narcissist that currently occupies the white house.
