I hardly see how these two examples illustrate anything beyond a Machiavellian streak. Where exactly is the competence?

One man’s perceived or projected incompetence is another man’s agenda.
It is amazing to read the plethora of reasons being presented attempting (unsuccessfully) to hide the fact that Obama is an uneducated, untalented, and completely incompetent idiot who has never had a real job and has failed miserably in his pathetic attempt to lead the nation.
Obama is evil incarnate, but that (even combined with the massive damage he has inflicted on our country) does not mean he is competent. The only thing that has saved our country is the minor blessing that Obama is massively incompetent and unable to inflict as much damage on America as he dreams of causing.

They are incompetent. They can’t even protect his family or him properly. Chaos and evil are close relatives, but not the same thing.

I see little evidence from the two stories outlined here that Obama admin ‘upper echelon’ necessarily involved Obama at all.
I see Jarrett’s hand all over, probably told Obama ‘go golf, don’t bother yourself’ if even such affairs were brought to Obama’s attention in the first place.
It is leftist/ pro-muslim filth within State Department doing all the above knowing they have free reign to do so and that Obama would approve if he knew about it.... Which I doubt. Not to absolve Obama of blame but he is too busy golfing, shooting hoops with Reggie etc etc
Obama’s genius, if any, is in hiring and appointing America-haters and saboteurs at all levels and giving them free reign

A reasonable case can be made that he is both.
Maybe it isn’t a case or “either” but “both”? Whatever the reality...Clown Prince nobola (and his treasonous minions) is a Destroyer who is “transforming” America.
Just as “change” does not necessarily mean change for the better, competence does not necessarily mean competence to accomplish good things. John Dillinger was a very competent bank robber, Jeffery Dahmer was a competent serial killer and Obama only seems incompetent if you assume that he ever had a benign intent toward the USA. I say that it is now beyond question that he NEVER had any such benign intent and he (or the handlers who direct his actions) are VERY competent in working their evil on this nation. To blame all this on incompetence is similar to saying that Dillinger robbed banks because he was too incompetent to make a deposit!
Obama was never touted as being a competent Executive. Go and ask your Democrat friends why they voted for him. Not one of them is going to say, “Because he did such a great job running (insert organization)!”
