The trend lines in both the LEO and FiveThirtyEight models highlight movement over the past week toward Republicans -- with a slight tick back toward Democrats in the last few days."

Obama is such a narcissist, that he gave the Republicans the operations research quote of the decade.

The One Obama Quote That Republicans Can't Stop Repeating

Obama just cannot accept that he is a TERRIBLE President. In fact, he is the worst in US history.

But this can’t be true! the “Credible” Debbie Wasserman Schultz announced that the Democrats will hold the senate after the mid-terms. Isn’t she as reliable as the honorable and respectable Joe Biden and Howard Dean?

I dunno. Buchanan may still be the worst. It’s pretty bad when the Civil War starts at the end of your term. Can’t think of any others worse than Bammy, though.

The worst qualified (no experience, community organizer)nominee makes a bad president. Really? Who knew that this could possibly have turned out this way?

But...but...but....the GROUND GAME of the Demon Rats is going to crush us!

Now, that being said, in the last 2 weeks before the election EVERY SINGLE REPUBLICAN NEEDS TO RUN COMMERCIALS TYING THEIR DEMON RAT OPPONENTS TO THE FAILED BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA.

I think civil war was a conclusion that was inevitable after the brand new United States Congress refused to deal with the issue of slavery in order to get the southern states to ratify the new Constiution. Obama is deliberately bring about the destruction of America. It has too many white people, Jews, and Christians in it..........dontchaknow.

If the Republicans win the Senate, and hold the House, how will things be different than they are now?

Hopefully we will get new leadership (Speaker Dennis Ross R-FL) and Senate majority leader Tom Scott (R SC)

I wish it had more to do with an actual agenda being pushed than it did with people being pissed at Dems.

Personally I don’t think much of anything will change even if they win.

First of all, too many RINOS will vote with the Marxists. The GOP-e will try to undermine the Tea Party every chance they get.

So...we are STILL screwed until we get at least 60 or more in the Senate AND a CONSERVATIVE President. 2 more years of a pen and a phone folks, just get ready.

EXACTLY what I was thinking! I was going to post her comment, but you took care of it for me.

Nothing will change. Bills might get to the Senate floor with Reid out of the way but never get past the communists power of King Obama. We have two more years to suffer.

Nancy ‘psycho’ Pelosi said the same thing. It would be nice to see her botox paralyzed face drop election night.

That it is so close shows how screwed up the Republican party is. How can it be THIS close after all the crap this psychopath in the White house has done?

Nothing will change.

I'm sure that the Democrats aren't paying you to say this, but they must be besides themselves with joy that you are doing it for free. A great deal will change:

ALL committee chairs in the Senate with be Republican, many solid conservatives

Issues that have broad public support will not die a silent death in the Senate, saving Obama from having to go on the record. He will not get a free pass as he is doing now.

A united Congress can stand up to an out of control President much more effectively than a divided Congress

Republicans will control the hearings for confirmation of Obama appointees. Again, committee chairs, not Obama, and not the Majority Leader will control the levers of power.
