He has no immunity, the next DOJ has the power to crucify this racist bastard, hope they decide to take him down as an example.
It would be important, for this to happen. Basically give him two options.
1.) Plead guilty, and give up everything he has on Obama, Jarrett, Rahm, Clinton, and whatever other high crimes and misdemeanors have occurred on his watch. In return he gets sent to a low security Prison for the rest of his life.
2.) Go to trial, and give him the harshest sentence possible. Try him for high treason, HCMD, fraud, whatever else we can. Make sure high treason sticks. Then punish him accordingly. He’ll squeal like a piggy on his big buddies in DC. Then try them too.
If justice is not served on these people, during or after they leave government. America can not survive. Treason or incompetence (whichever it is. I don’t think it could POSSIBLY be incompetence, or stupidity) of this level can not go unpunished. Someone down the line will do it again, but exponentially worse.
