He is also not q lawyer, having surrendered his license to avoid having it taken away.

His “love of teaching” comes from a semester as a part time instructor, where there is no record of anyone actually having him as an instructor.

The man isn’t qualified to be a bailiff in traffic court.

A law degree is not a requirement to be on the SCOTUS.

It wouldn't matter in his case anyway...just like any other requirement or law.
