Article says she’s retaining a “high profile attorney”. A nurse does not have the cash to retain such an attorney to DEFEND her from lawsuits. The lawyer (working on contingency, I assume) is for MAKING lawsuits.

I think Billy Martin represented Monica Lewinksy’s mother.

I doubt she had the money to pay his hourly rate.

Many, if not most, lawyers offer their services “pro bono” in high profile cases just to gain name recognition.

Not unusual.

Just like Benjamin Crump is attorney for the Ferguson kid.
