“And you would never expect to see a man exiting the woods after dark carrying a rifle during.....deer season.”

Pennsylvania

All fall small game, turkey, bear and deer hunters during the regular firearm deer season, and special archery deer season hunters during any portion of the archery season that coincides with the general small game or turkey seasons, must wear at least 250 square inches of hunter orange material on the head, chest and back combined.

And no hunter anywhere ever ignored that blaze orange law, right? Also, no need to wear orange after hunting hours have ended.

Many hunters feel it is like hanging a “look at me “ sign out for the game warden to shake them down. Not all, but certainly some.
