How far is the tyranny over gay marriage going to go? Reasonable people can differ on gay marriage. But forcing people to go against their religious views in order to comply with one viewpoint is nothing more than harassment.
According to Todd Starnes at Weasel Zippers,
Two Christian ministers who own an Idaho wedding chapel were told they had to either perform same-sex weddings or face jail time and up to $1,000 in daily fines, according to a lawsuit filed Friday in federal court.

Let them get arrested. The blowback will be stupendous.

Need to start showing force. As long as we sit idly, politely trying to resist the evilism in our country is emboldened and every time they get away with something like this they get to move the goal posts. Soon we won’t be able to make a goal.
> Let them get arrested. The blowback will be stupendous.
I’m not so sure it will do any good.
The tyranny of the courts is almost complete.
Time to Pony-up....
Eventually they will arrest them. Send them to re-education camp and ruin them. Their fate will be the same as the bakers. And the sheep said,”Baaaa”. They won’t do that. The German Jews said, “Hitler won’t do that”. History shows us that they were wrong.
Homosexuals are very intolerant to other beliefs.
Pray America wakes up
We invited a pastor to perform our wedding. We requested that we have it at my folks’ church. Both requests were granted but NOT automatically granted! Any church and any pastor always has or had the option of saying yes or no to performing weddings. Especially if the bride nor groom are members of that organization. We invited our college pastor to perform our wedding at a church in my hometown. I had not lived there in 4 years. Pastors don’t get paid much to perform weddings, I don’t think you have to pay them at all. Weddings are not during regular worship hours, and a pastor could have other engagements. That is why you plan a wedding for 6 to 12 months, to be sure you can get the pastor you want at the venue you want.... Nothing is promised or automatic. You have to request and wait...
Our pastor insisted that we do premarriage counseling, which was very interesting! We enjoyed it. He insists on this for everyone he joins in marriage. It is a real eye opener. That was 41 years ago for us.
The Founding Fathers told us what to do in times like these.
Revolution needed.
I have seen that they tend to place this issue above all other facing the country.
At one time, I thought if freedom in the United States died, it would die kicking, scratching, screaming, and shooting. Thus far, I have been proven wrong. There will be just enough freedom to pacific the old coots. The young bucks only care about iphones and video games. They do not seem to mind the Government making their daily decisions for them.
I think the problem is that this is a “We don’t turn anyone away” wedding chapel.
Am I reading this properly? - The Pastor obligates counseling to assess your spiritual fitness in what you endeavor, chewing up a vast amount of his time, away from other duties, and you see fit not to reimburse them for the their time ?
Amen
The liberal control of language makes it difficult to change the culture !
Marriage is a man and a woman.
Maybe it’s time for the church to go underground and for business to sell their wedding products on a “blackmarket” where they can control who they choose to do business with.
I EMailed the link to Dennis Prager. He has been on this issue. Need to get this to others as well.
