This morning Dallas talk station WBAP said the 21 day quarantine period for them is over, no one infected.
Ironic since the World Health Organization said it can actually last up to 42 days in someone, in around 2% of the cases.
What the WHO says is that 95% fall within the 1-21 day interval, and 98% fall within the 1-42 day interval, so even 42 days leaves 2% unaccounted for. Yet, in the same document the WHO still calls 21 days the maximum incubation period.
This makes no sense to me unless there’s some uncertainty about when people were exposed that is figuring into the percentages somehow.
