I got something REAL good stemming from the Ebola virus though it shall be tongue in cheek.

Making potato soup in the crock pot with frozen hash browns, we shall see, eh?
The wife's been too busy and tired to cook this past week. So I made a nice beef pot-roast (seared it, burn marks on the grill)...a different night, an Indian Curry with an accompanying spinach and chick pea side dish, both in the crock pot.
Then, last night, a killer Shrimp in Alfredo Sauce w/roasted red peppers topped with baby Portabellos and wilted fresh basil, over fettucine.
Of course, the problem now is... she's frequently "too tired" to cook.
