I called Levin once during the Harriet Miers incident. I got on the air within 5 minutes of calling. He was very cordial to me, and even let me talk for a minute about an introductory topic before getting to my point.

That is neat. Did Levin write “Men in Black”? That is a great book. He was very nice to some callers. But he ripped into a couple of people who called because they thought he was awesome and just wanted to talk about something or other.. I doubt they still think he is awesome.
