Back in the 70s I remember when male only golf clubs were forced to accept females.
Violating our rights to free association was the harbinger of forcing business to deal with those they would rather not.

I'd say Hobby Lobby makes it pretty clear that's not the case. Closely-held companies retain their rights. The city will lose this.

As a matter of fact, YES they do. Many a FReeper helped to push such an agenda to eliminate private property rights for business owners. Search any smoking ban thread and you will see the convenient conservatives screaming for an elimination of private property rights for business owners.
