One must wonder how ‘Poor’ or worse ‘Yuppified’ Whites are to find themselves on ANY inner city bus and be the ONLY White people within miles - then having the audacity to ‘start’ a problem. (she must have said something to ‘get her started’ maybe something as innocent as wanting to get off the bus at an ‘unmarked’ stop (driver said she knew her job?)
Rules in Uncomfortable situations.

While not acting foolish by running one’s mouth in such a situation, also do not sit there and cower or look scared.
I am ‘hoping’ it was a tourist that got on the wrong bus and all the woman was doing (or trying to do) was asking for some kind of help.
When the other passengers started yelling for the driver to kick them off the bus etc something must have been going on.
The White couple was escorting home her son from school. The bus was crowded and the driver told everyone to move back. The White male had the nerve to tell her it was too crowded. That is what set off the bus driver.
Can you imagine what would have happened to that 9 year-old boy if he were riding the bus home alone?
if a minority stays a minority in an area, chances are good that some of them will remain law abiding and social....but if that minority grows to be the majority, look out......there is no law strong enough to protect people...
When our daughter lived in Baltimore, a black police officer told her never to ride the bus. Good advice.
