He was really stammering and all over the place at the beginning of it and kind of talked about the DART situation like he didn’t really know anything about it. “Oh somebody threw up on the bus. I guess she lives at the Ivy Apartments or something like that. Yeah, people threw up 6 times on the bus just today. No biggie. Hazmat is at the scene. Whoopdeedo.”
