I’m glad you had a good business experience with them.

A lot of residential paving contractor in the US have a poor reputation. Most of the commercial paving contractors are pretty solid from what I have seen.

There is nothing in Mexico that I am interested in.

One of my old customers was located in Juarez, across from El Paso. He and his sons operated a fleet of spotless Kenworth semis with insulated trailers. Their tank farm was also as clean as anyplace in the north 48. The plant controls were 100 percent US made. Tank cars were moved in and out of the plant via the Mexican National RR.
The plant itself was situated inside a walled compound with razor wire along the top of the walls.
