There are three phases in a violent confrontation: the lead-up, the actual fight, and then the aftermath. Everyone seems to be interested in the aftermath which would include the justifications, blame and repercussions, but I ask you to consider the combat itself.

Big Mike attempts first to hit Wilson in the face. Knocking the officer out in one blow could enable Mike to get away. This completely fails.

Next comes the attempt to get the gun which also fails. Mike may have only been trying to stop the lawman from drawing on him, which makes sense, but you must grab the pistol by the slide and NEVER let go! It may fire once, but it will jam.

Failing to get the gun, he now tries to run but is pitifully unfit for this, especially wearing those ridiculous slippers. Ever tried to run in them? Calling for Dorian to run too, (making a second target?) he has got to put enough distance between him and the cop by the time the cop is out of the vehicle and able to bring his pistol to bear. This is the biggest failure yet, so he turns and decides to try to rush the law and attack him again with predictable results.

Big Mike’s tactics during the conflict make sense to me if I assume that he has determined ahead of time, never to be taken alive. He should have known when he was beaten. I hope that a self-defense expert will weigh in on the details of the actual combat and help us learn.

As far as the aftermath is concerned, God’s court is the only one that matters.

One of the eyewitnesses who testified before the grand jury spoke with the press.

He described the incident as "cold-blooded murder," but said this (try to find the cold-blooded murder):

The autopsy showed all shots came from the front.

I want to see the complete report on the incident. Everything we are getting is bits and pieces. I am tired of going back on forth as to what happened. So far we have no official and final report.

I can see you don’t know the autopsy results.

Nobody knows the autopsy results except the coroner and, I assume, the district attorney. Forget that Baden crap and the alleged autopsy by the family expert. Only one exam manners and that's still sealed.

You don’t know that Brown’s blood was in the squad car proving he was trying to assault the cop.

Actually I do because I read the article that started this thread. Did you?

And yes its been forensically proved he was not shot in the back.

By whom?

He was charging the cop.

So you say. But how much sense does it make for a man wounded in a struggle with an cop and who got away to suddenly turn around and run back towards the man with the gun. Why didn't he keep on running?
