I totally get Mrs Z & the furbabie delema.
My yorkie is 17 now & her personallity has changed to that of a semi crotchety old woman. She demands we be home at certain times & be fed & walked on her schedule. She will crawl up & stand on my husbands chest as he sleeps & lick his face at 5 AM to walk her!
When I was growing up, our dog would jump on my bed, put his nose in my ear and snort to wake me up.
Daisy has her people well trained. d:o)
