“Phillips shipped 500 metric tons of TDG to Iraq in 1983. But the company refused a second, equally massive order a year later - after reports of Iraq’s use of mustard gas began to surface in the West. Phillips officials repeatedly stress that they had no idea the chemical would be used for warfare, and still have no proof that it was. ‘We were just making chemicals for agriculture; it was a normal business,’ says Jos Dessers, a spokesman for Phillips in Tessenderlo.”

Wish he wasn’t spending so much time on the Iraq WMD topic. He’s spent nearly 1/3 of his show on this.
I know why he’s doing it, and can totally understand the need to address it, but there are FAR more important issues going on at this time.
