I wrote about this issue in the late 90s. Nothing changes with A21/Wildlands since. If you overlay the maps between Wildlands and the actual land closures, they match. If you look at their population reduction goals, you will see lots of programs in place to incrementalize people to the idea.
It is assuredly by design and they showed the plan on their very own website. Because Gobels taught them well. To this day people continue to deny the evidence in front of them. So be it.
All I know is that as with all liberal ideas, that one will not have the desired outcome. Sure, they will kill hundreds of millions. But ultimately, they will be rounded up for it.
