PHOENIX A federal appeals court on Wednesday struck down a voter-approved Arizona law that denies bail to immigrants who are in the country illegally and have been charged with a range of felonies that include shoplifting, aggravated identity theft, sexual assault and murder.

The governor should come out and say, in compliance with the federal court order, illegals now may post bail, to be set at $1,000,000,000...
But our Marine gets no bail in Mexico.

LOL!
I like your bail number.
The Bill of Rights and the 8th Amendment are for citizens.
Okay, they can’t be denied bail, but the court can set it sufficiently high as to ensure that anyone with a high flight risk (such as an illegal alien) can’t make it.
Obama hates the military, and is trying to destroy it.
If a soldier doesn’t desert his fellow troops, and join the enemy, Obama will not help.
WHAT! He wasn’t offered a bail bond? Geez, maybe we ought to treat illegals the same way when they trespass on to our property. Has the lyin’ king made any attempt to recover the Sgt.? Maybe john f’n kohn-heinz-kerry could work a deal. You know, offer some free sail board lessons or a ride on his out of state yacht. Well her out of state yacht.
When the courts overrule the voice of the people, we’ve got a problem...
They've been doing that for decades. Apparently, it's not too much of a problem, because I've not seen anything done about it yet. I personally think it's a problem, but in general, it seems Americans are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable.
The judge can set bail but no bondsman will post it.

Drug offenders still make up more than 46 percent of the federal prison system.
Immigrants are the third-highest category of offenders, at 11 percent.
“A federal appeals court on Wednesday struck down a voter-approved...”
I’m shocked. This never happens.
Maybe it’s time for the voters to start striking down some judges.
I’d say. Those people weren’t put in positions of power to ignore the people or piss away our rights, they work for us! When they don’t listen, they need firing!
