I’m tellin’ ya, it’s awful. I can only imagine the opportunities she might have had.
When she got back she went and saw all her old friends naturally and she felt terrible. While she had wasted her life, all but two of her pub school classmates had gone on to highly successful careers in the pharmaceutical business. A couple have highly lucrative careers in the sales end but most of them are in the testing division and are apparently quite accomplished at their chosen field. In fact a couple were such dedicated employees, they worked themselves to death while the lazy girl sat there playing with 250 million dollar toys.
My shame is inconceivable.
the parents of the other two are likewise devastated. One became a cop and the other has a management job in a high end Vegas Casino. We get together often and bemoan our misfortune.
