Meanwhile, the nephew of Duncan (who kept silent about his contact with aids), wants to sue for inept ebola care of his uncle. Crack a joke and get arrested. Sneak into the US and get millions of dollars of medical care. We are so F#*%ed by the gullible wimp voters.
You can't yell "fire" in a crowded theater if there is no fire and your speech causes panic.
This person might get charged with inducing panic. Yet, he induced no panic.
