OK, I realize that Ted is trying to get us a decent plurality in the election coming up.

However, win or lose, what's the
Program,
Plan,
and who's going to lead in the next Congress?

What the Republicans (whoever the hell and whatever the hell they are) do over the next two years will literally determine the fate of our Republic.
