My kids have TRICARE and they pull their hair out, too, when they have to deal with it. I’m pretty sure obamacare just made things worse.

UGH! That is annoying.

Maybe it’s just the “people”. Some office really don’t have the best workers. And why is it taking them that long to pay for something that’s covered? Good Luck!

Some office really don’t have the best workers.

Well, lets put it this way. They were mostly holder and 0 bummer's people. My MIL calls them 'chocolate bars'.
