Really.. not to be cold.. but purely from a tactical perspective...

if someone was going to use a suicide bomber as a weapon why would they not go biologic a force multiplier with ebola so easy to get right now.. whole country are now full with walking WMDs free for the taking

I say this for a reason... for the next several months....IF... there is ANY... type of suicide terrorism ...prudence demands from the very first response ....that it be treated as having this new potential ebola biological component until proven otherwise...

In other words first responders must go in in full protection gear and the site and people effected must be quarantined till testing is complete...

I would also say military biological warfare teams need to be ready and strategically positioned in the country

if i was a planer in the government i would say that, what i said above has to be considered

Especially that were now engaged in a war with ISIS at the same time this outbreak is going on
