Since there's no direct flight, that's hard to do. Duncan had to catch a flight to Begium, then one to Dulles and the final one to DFW. Better to ban anyone with passports showing time over the past 30 days in the hot zone.

Anyone traveling from these countries is suspect, on the one hand, on the other, anyone coming into contact with persons infected could be a carrier and never traveled there.
