That’s good news.
I was worried somebody might to be blame for the murder of four Americans, including the US ambassador to Libya, in a poorly secured compound that was supposed to be protected by a terrorist militia that wasn’t actually being paid in the middle of a city run by terrorists… after support forces were repeatedly told not to come to the aid of the Americans under attack.
Also nobody is to blame for claiming that the whole thing was caused by a YouTube video.
But it’s all nobody’s fault. That’s such a relief. We should just MoveOn and elect Hillary to do for American national security what she did for it in Benghazi. Just ask the CIA Director/Secretary of Defense/Hillary 2016 man who was in a position to know.
Appearing on the Diane Rehm show, Panetta declared “nobody is to blame for Benghazi.”
No, I certainly have not seen any evidence, in my experience did not experience anybody who lied about what took place. One of the things that happened, that created the controversy were the talking points that CIA had developed that indicated that it was a demonstration that got out of hand. I’m not quite sure why they came to that conclusion. It certainly wasn’t my sense at the time. But they looked at the intelligence and that’s where they came [out]. I think those talking points were wrong. I think they probably should have — the talking points should have said we are investigating this matter and we have not determined exactly what happened. That should have been the talking points.
Panetta is still lying. The CIA talking points were originally correct. The CIA’s intel was correct. It was the White House and State that massaged the talking points into a lie.
But it’s not his fault that he’s lying. He just wants Hillary to give him a job.

Attacks do happen, that isn’t what the scandal is.
The Scandal is the LYING and even more importantly, the NOT DOING ANYTHING FOR 7 HOURS.
If they would have responded quickly and everything turned out exactly the same, there would be no scandal.
It was 9/11, they should have been expecting attacks EVERYWHERE.

He then became Sec. of Defense July 1, 2011 – February 27, 2013.
The Benghazi attack occurred 9/11/2012

Except he refused to move his family from California to Washington, D.C.. and flew home to California on weekends. What a joke.
