All of this is being brought to your doorstep by one guy who refuses to close our borders and screen those who are entering our country!!!! Barack Hussein Obama

If you are happy with his, and his minion's, performance with this, the economy, foreign affairs, his fund raisers, and his golf game, vote (D) on Nov 4.....

You folks Just don’t get it...do you??? Had POTUS, Obama immediately stopped all incoming flights from West Africa and, denied boarding access to any other person coming from one of the infected countries...we never would have had this problem of wildfire “Ebola”. This Obama could destroy our airline industry...overnight!!!

Both Obama and CDC Director Frieden should be forced to resign by their own Democrat Party!!! Both men put politics above American health & security!!! Obama...personally has let the Ebola monster out-of-the bag to contiminate the American people!!! Wise up, Americans, all!! You folks are insane to let him (Obama) and that total moron, Frieden serve one more minute!!! IMHO...this action of theirs amounts to massive “Treason”!!!

With election day coming on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 every American voter should vote against every single Obamabot, Democrat running for office and in effect, destroy the entire Democrat Party, politically, if the Democrat Party does not move immediately to force Obama/Frieden to resign.

Wow, let’s see how many more people are going to die because Obama failed to close the borders to West Africans like Patient Zero.

A good question. You would also think that a “trained” healthcare worker who had just helped treat an Ebola patient would have had more sense and comsideration than to travel anywhere and potentially expose others, especially by commercial air.

Did she fly TO Cleveland?

Hadn't you heard? If you ban flights from Cleveland, then it's impossible to fly into Cleveland....same as banning ebola flights from Africa. Can't do it, because then it's impossible to fly into Africa.

There is an invisible force field that filters out incoming flights.

My daughter is flying from NYC thru Atlanta to Amsterdam to Mumbai on Friday and Saturday. She will be in airplanes and airports for over 24 hours. She will be working for 2 weeks in India, then comes back nearly the same way (sans a stop in Atlanta). I am very concerned. Prayers for her health and safety are greatly appreciated!

Unilaterally closing our borders won’t work. It has to be a coordinated effort with Canada and Mexico as well or it’s futile.

If the CDC didn’t consider her caring for an ebola patient to be worthy of surveillance, why should she?

My hubby is flying abroad next month. Very worried.

You should be. I just returned from Europe as this Duncan case was unfolding. CDG in Paris was crawling with Africans making connections across the globe. No one was checking any of us there. Made me nervous. If you think American authorities are ill equipped to screen for Ebola at US airports, wait til your husband sees what awaits him overseas.

They would follow suit, but I disagree.

Any time you lesson the flow (or slow it down), helps.

If we slowed Patient Zero down 3 days, he’d be puking in Brussels and Not Our Problem.

I will give her the benefit of the doubt that she is probably a conscientious person, because of her profession. There may have been a previously planned family event (wedding, birthday, family reunion) for which she probably got advice/permission as to whether it was “safe” or not to attend. Of course, that would have been done under the guidelines at the time of her travel to Cleveland, and that may have been before her coworker was diagnosed.

Yep. I even went so far as to grab my husband's arm and pull him back away from a group of men who sounded suspiciously 'African' to me. I'm not an expert on accents but I'm taking no chances. First time in my life I've ever felt the need to consider something like that.

I was thinking about Obama's fundamental transformation and I can honestly say he's absolutely succeeded. Michelle Obama admitted that upon her husband's election it was the first time in her life she was proud to be an American and after 6 years of her husband's Presidency, for the first time in my life, I'm not proud to be an American. Hope and Change was really Change and Despair.

Have a good flight and drink up!

Females using the airport bathroom stalls of this EBOLA Patient #3 (we are told - ignoring the mystery of where the Duncan relatives are in Dallas) ... also need to be aware.

The airport personnel who clean the Female Restrooms, are probably just waking up to the problem, too.

The "West Africans" who have returned to the USA and work in the food processing business (typically meat packing plants), are completely NOT ON THE RADAR of the news media ... yet ... and the government "experts" are silent about that mode for EBOLA getting around ... and the food chains have not said a word in regard to how they are monitoring employees.

The Obama Administration has ignored how much, freedom to travel leads to dramatically faster speed of transmission of EBOLA ... and that has not been taken into account by the CDC "experts." The CDC is still functioning as a morgue reporter, observing and recommending *AFTER* the facts - which only works for a disease that will "peter out" on its own.

The matter of stopping flights, is grossly over-simplified by the CDC. There are several options better than what the Obama Administration has implemented.

1) pigeon hole the VISA's

2) establish a clinic in Africa, near an airport, where all outbound - to - the - USA fliers must enter and be processed

3) establish a set route using charter flights only between Africa (that clinic -and- airport) and the USA --- ie, if you want to fly to the USA, and you are from Africa and/or your VISA and/or passport place you as "from Africa" ... you have to adhere to (1), (2), and this, (3) ... or you cannot board the flight to the USA.

And, in general, there is a gross failure to make clear, the importance of personal hygiene, and that henceforth, you must not casually touch your head, anywhere without first washing your hands.

What we need, as much as a cure, is A RELIABLE QUICK-TEST FOR EBOLA.

Dose up, alot, on Vitamin C which has shown some success in fighting off this virus.
I'd like to see some real scientific evidence of that. Internet anecdotes and conjecture don't count.
