It should be a violation of campaign laws for ANY sitting President to use taxpayer funding - aircraft, fuel, personnel - to campaign for their party. Why should MY tax dollars be used to help DemonRATS? I would mention Democrat taxpayers funding Republican campaigns but I'm not convinced DemonRATs actually pay for anything.

The President’s travel today to New Jersey and Connecticut has been postponed.

Later this afternoon, the President will convene a meeting with cabinet agencies coordinating the government’s Ebola response. There will be a pool spray at the bottom of this meeting in the Cabinet Room.
