what Liberian would go to Mexico?Granted. Most likely scenario: Central American or Mexican aid worker, oil field worker etc. All it takes is one.

Perhaps a desperate Liberian whose country was being ravaged by Ebola, and flights to Mexico and Central America were still available, and said Liberian had hopes that all the stories about how easy it was to cross the border into the USA were true.
