Houston's Mayor is not legally empowered to enforce the IRS 501-C3 "federal contact".



However, her lawyers will (properly) gather evidence of "genuine" IRS 501-C3 violations ...

including "attempting to influence legislation" ...

and forward it to the Obama-Gay-Friendly IRS.



Then ... the IRS will be FREE to legally crucify these tax-exempt churches.

The U.S. Supreme Court will UPHOLD the IRS's "right" to ENFORCE the voluntary "terms and conditions" of the IRS 501-C3 federal contract.
