“Catching Ebola is completely terrifying therefore Islamic terrorists will get into it. They now have a new use for airliners besides blowing them up.”

Yes, this is definitely something to worry about. What's the difference between getting people to become suicide bombers, vs. getting them to contract Ebola and then just walk around in society transmitting the disease? There's a study in which Ebola was aerosolized, and was able to infect Rhesus Monkeys. That's scary, as it suggests respiratory transmission and the possibility to weaponize. Horrible.

The virus attackers would have a 30% chance of survival and then have immunity, freeing them to occupy their newly depopulated cities and impose Islam.

Pigs can catch, replicate, and transmit Ebola to humans. Muslim terrorists may see this as an especially attractive vector.

Terrorists are not going to be able to achieve respiratory transmission. What they can do is spray it in small droplets which is obviously bad enough. In that study the animal's cages were 20 cm apart. Apparently in the book Hot Zone which I haven't read, it spread room to room, but that's not what the study says: http://www.nature.com/srep/2012/121115/srep00811/full/srep00811.html?message-global=remove&goback=.gde_4429892_member_187356406
