It will be hard to have Utopia if all the slave class dies. The head honchos might have to actually do manual labor.

Something they know nothing about and are unprepared to do.

Doggone those unintended consequences.

They seemed to largely not use the spacesuits in Dallas, just the robing; at Emory and Nebraska they always use the spaceauits.

The Dallas nurse's boyfriend is in isolation for monitoring. If he gets sick, then he will have gotten it from BEFORE she was symptomatic, because she went right in at the first indication of fever.

Good point. I wonder what their excuse will be if he comes down with it?

The protective gear in Dallas is no better than the stuff being used in Africa.

Just ask yourself why Duncan was not moved to a biocontainment center immediately?

Answer. They wanted Ebola to spread and still do.

I couldn’t believe that crap. And he said it either half chuckling with that smirk and grin on his face as well. I thought he was going to say “just kidding” after that. How can anyone believe this idiot if he thinks a non covered face is safe enough around Ebola. We need to have HIM Thomas Friedtart having contact with Ebola patients and see how long before he develops symptoms all while wearing the CDC approved precautions.

“Yesterday, the CDC director allegedly said it was not necessary to cover hair or your shoes in treating a patient”
+++++
Was that the same CDC interview that Shepard Smith on Fox commented on...’Well there you have it, nothing to worry about’? (paraphrase)

Maybe this will finally force the Federal Inspection Service to act and immediately ban anyone boarding a plane bound for the USA that has spent time in the most affected areas of this dreaded disease. Fortunately, unlike the affected countries, here in the USA medical help is reasonably good enough that even the nurse that was originally infected could actually survive, mostly because of access to a number of experimental medications now in field trials.

They were irresponsible for keeping the patient in that unprepared hospital rather than move him out to those 1 of 4 who were. I mean, it was just one patient, not too hard to do! I cannot believe that our very first case of Ebola and the CDC didn’t have personnel there to advise, instruct and oversee the whole thing. I pray for these poor health-care workers. They must be feeling very betrayed by their employer:(

The Dem propaganda is deceptive on many levels.

First, the CDC cuts were due to the sequester arrangement that was first proposed by the Obama Administration.

Second, the Obama Admin CDC could prioritize programs, and obviously judged that school lunches, salt, trans-fat, second-hand smoke, and AIDS were more mission-critical than lethal infectious diseases.

I have very little respect for the GOP, but Obama owns the Ebola outbreak to the extent that it was caused by CDC inaction. The elites of both parties own it to the extent that it was caused by the failure to implement travel restrictions on residents of the affected countries in West Africa.

Then I am not sure what you meant. If the GOP leadership...and the rank and file is unified behind stopping flights and shutting the border down or they aren’t.

A couple random cong types is meaningless and serves only as a pressure relief valve to keep the heat off while Mitch and JonBon go full speed ahead behind Barry. And that is exactly what making excuses does. Keeps pressure off them so they can allow Berry to keep going. There is no coordinated effort. Random meaningless comments from random Pubs at best.

It’s a simple reality that the GOP unified with the Dems to keep the border in an open state. If they had not, there would be lots of coverage about and the border would be shut because people would have heard about the actual danger here. And freaked.

Leadership is calling Bary on his genocidal actions. Not what they are doing now.
