Help me understand the original article linked.. It says that it is an enterovirus, but not enterovirus D68?
If it isn’t D68, what is the problem. Maybe I am behind the curve here?

This should be getting more attention than it is. Far more people are affected. Children are dying and being paralyzed. Children in America are getting what we would call Poliomyelitis, were they to have Enterovirus C, aka Polio.
No one is using the word “polio” lest there is panic. But without panic, there seems to be no progress.
