There has to be more to that story. Cops do not evict without warrant. State laws say so.
One of the reasons why we have a Second Amendment.
Don’t live in NYC.
And throwing someone out of your home isn’t assault.
And I wasn’t talking about killing anyone.
No, she lived with him but was not on the deed. Small town, local cops.....Although, knowing this guy, he likely embellished the issue.
Worst part is she went back to him. Still isn’t on the deed. She knows he can get angry and tell her to leave any time he wishes. Her choice.
How much will lawyers get out of the case?
I would have to off him like the pig he is.
Interesting. I was reading a blog recently that was talking about how men had become weak, and essentially advocating that men should put together the equivalent of a “militia,” but not for military purposes, but with military discipline to get in physical shape and then would go out and do charitable projects in the community.
Let me tell you that I would investigate to determine if the deed was a forgery. Then I would arrest everyone in the house. Period. All I need is probable cause. I have plenary authority to do that. The definitions of the criminal law fit the circumstances described. Walk away? Surely you jest!
