Also, DUNCAN HAD TO DIE, or we would have been flooded with planeloads of Ebola patients. Whether he was killed, left to die, not given meds, or given meds and still died is anyone’s question. But he could not be allowed to survive.
Interesting too that the only two cases here involve some type of screw up on the part of the medical community. Duncan was sent home when he should have been hospitalized, and came back much, much, sicker. Maybe if he were initially identified and hospitalized we wouldn’t even know his name now. The nurse was not in the inner circle of close contacts, so maybe the CDC couldn’t get to her before she (and her family) got with the media.
I just wonder...a lot, given the election in 3 weeks.
