He was already under house arrest for a pending firearms offense earlier in the Summer. Allegedly, he tossed a piece while running away from the police. And there was a prior arrest when he was 16, over shooting a 15 year old in the leg. Charges were dismissed when the victim failed to appear at the hearing.
The world is better without Myers.
