So as usual the GOP will split its votes allowing the democrat to win in a close election. This is one that everybody has going GOP. Landrieu is in deep s**t and we are going to bale her out with internecine fighting. I imagine she can’t believe her good fortune. If this guy was so well loved by the people in Louisiana why he is at best third in the polls.

Here we go again. As they say it often better to be lucky than good. So when Ms. Landrieu is being sworn in as the Senator from LA. where will Ms. Palin be?

Landrieu will not get 50% +1 vote.

There will be a runoff.

Election day is merely the primary in Louisiana. There will be a runoff between the top two in December.

There will be a runoff. Mary Landfill will not get in.

Cassidy is a GOPe Statist puke.

Maness can win this if we keep spreading the word.

Prepare to be attacked viciously. One day people will realize that FR isn’t about advancing conservatism but electing a “true conservative” that doesn’t exist and/or has no shot in Hades of actually getting elected.

It’s what 1%ers do.

I agree. I think Maness should be a good sport, quit the race, support Cassidy for Senator in ‘14 and Vitter for Governor in ‘16. In return, Vitter and Cassidy endorse and support his run for Senate in ‘16.

Any Republican who isn’t emptying the clip on Landrieu deserves to have a Daisy Cutter dropped on him.

We can sort the other stuff later, no way we want a Democrat in office.

Beat Landrieu the first time. Don’t give her a chance to get up off the canvas. Have we already forgotten what happened to McDaniel v Cock-rain? At this point Maness is just a stalking horse for the bad guys.

Manes is not a conservative. He is a plant to take votes from Cassidy and give the runoff and election to Landrieu. Most of us here in Louisiana wish Palin would butt out and leave us alone. I am talking to both republic and tea partners alike who want Landrieu out we finally have a chance to do that and here comes the spoiler as she is known here in some circles. All the rest of us know that Manes has no chance of winning All if this keeps Landrieu in the senate

Because the GOP Establishment, and idiots like Sean Hannity, anointed Cassidy early on as the only one who can defeat Senator Thunder Thighs. The GOP is giving money to Cassidy and Col. Maness is depending on contributions from grassroots Conservatives. If you ever see an interview with Cassidy, you will know that he is a Loser, with a capital “L”.

The same place you were when Hussein Obama was sworn in for his second term because we did not have a candidate carrying a Conservative message. Does that answer your question, RINO lover?

Louisiana has an interesting race in that this is a ‘jungle primary’ where all the
candidates are listed on the ballot and you vote for one. If no one gets 50% on
Nov. 4, 2014 then the top two vote getters go to a runoff on Dec. 6, 2014.

Current polling shows Landrieu and Cassidy to be the top two but neither close
to the 50% threshold. Chances are that Maness may do better than he’s polling
so who knows how the Nov. 4 election will go.

Currently there are nine (9) canidates qualified and are to be listed on the ballot.
5 - Democrats
3 - Republicans
1 - Libertarian
