'I rebelled by turning vegetarian - then dad went vegan!' Chelsea Clinton talks to Stella McCartney

Chelsea Clinton and Stella McCartney have admitted they wanted to grow up completely 'different' from their famous parents.

In a discussion published in the latest issue of Harper's Bazaar, the duo open up about trying to rebel against everything that interested their parents.

'I worked in the private sector for years and tried very hard to care about things that were different from what my parents cared about,' admitted 35-year-old Chelsea.

'It's kind of sad to say that that my major act of rebellion... was to declare that I was a vegetarian,' she added, before Stella, 43, pointed out that her father, Bill Clinton, is the 'real rebel' who took a step further to become vegan in 2010 (though he has since rescinded that diet).

Chelsea also recalled her first experiences with fashion, which she says, were mostly negative.

'When I was little I'd watch my mother -- who was this very successful lawyer and children's rights advocate -- be perceived predominantly through her appearance,' she said of Hillary Clinton.

'When my father ran for president, there were criticisms about her wearing suits that were two seasons old...I was also criticized when I was 12 or 13 and I wore cotton dresses from the local department store.'

Yeah, I believe it lasted 5 full minutes.....

Who cares! Chelsea’s own accomplishment is ??!!? Being paid by NBC for “non-work”, is almost Lewinsky-like.

Chelsea and Stella.

Two women who came up the hard way and had to actually WALK through the doors that were opened for them.

Their opinions on anything are meaningless.

Cue the tape of Hillary laughing that she got a child rapist off.

It gets worse ...

“CC: Because she was a woman, but also because those surface-level criticisms were more common than thoughtful critiques of her ideas in regard to public education, for example. Being aware of that growing up, I did what I thought I could to avoid it. So when I went to high school, I was always dressed in these monochromatic navy blue looks because I was trying to avoid any form of criticism. I was also criticized when I was 12 or 13 and I wore cotton dresses from the local department store. But that kind of thing wasn’t so important to my family—we were much more into other forms of creativity. When my mother ran for president, she only wore dark pantsuits with different blouses, which was a more sophisticated version of the strategy I’d had in high school. But as I got older I realized that I was still conceiving something. I never had that effortless aesthetic gene that your parents had, but I have always been attracted to different colors and fabrics, so I had to go through this transition later in my life of becoming comfortable with not being too strict about what I would wear and how I would wear it—because I wanted to. Sometimes I would be criticized, but that was a more honest way to behave than just always embracing the monochromatic shield.”

I wonder if Chelsea Clinton is really too stupid to realize that her “private sector” jobs were backdoor bribes to curry favor in case her mother became president. Probably she is, just as Michelle Obama probably thinks she had a real job at a hospital paying $300K per year.

If she really wanted to rebel, she should have spoken out against her Fathers sexual harassment of a White House intern - her Daddy’s war on women as it were.....

Monica Lewinsky probably thought she won her six-figure job on merit and not because it was offered by Vernon Jordan during the impeachment case in exchange for lying to investigators...
