If you are in the military as you claim, are you aware there is a world of difference between military law and civil law?
Try this for example: In the USA, under Civil Law:
“The act of requiring an employee to attend a religious service is in clear violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Accommodations section of the EEOC guidelines.”
I’ve been a cop for over a decade. For two of those years I was in the Community Policing Unit. We had to go to all sorts of anti-cop BS events, meetings, whatever. Did we want to go, no. But we signed up for it and it was part of the job. The fact that this guy is a Captain and he was disciplined so severely makes me think there are other factors involved in this story.
