The Germans, like most anti-Semites, do not consider Jews to be white. The propaganda of the time referred to Jews as a *mongrel* race.

My father, who was an honest, ethical, mostly quiet type of man, was told often, in America, between the 1920s and the 1980s, that he was a *white* Jew. He was a green-eyed redhead.
