Police released excerpts from a neighbor's home-surveillance video they hope will lead to the arrest of two men suspected of severely injuring a dog while burglarizing a house last week.

Police released excerpts from a neighbor's home-surveillance video they hope will lead to the arrest of two men suspected of severely injuring a dog while burglarizing a house last week. Not released was footage from the home-surveillance video showing three police officers shooting the dog eleven times, when they responded to the 911 call.
