Not much to know really...he offed a COP and wounded another. The Thin Blue Line protects their own. Its no more complex than that.

One motivated guy keeping the COPs running in circles and falling out of tree stands. You’d almost think the lot of them were incompetent. Hmmm, perhaps they are.
