I agree with your sentiment. However, at least one of the lower court rulings imposing homosexual marriage was issued by a judge appointed by George W. Bush.
And we know how Anthony Kennedy, a Reagan appointee, had become so swishy on homosexual issues in court too. Sadly, we can’t blame all of this on liberal Democrat judges.
