Hmmm. Does this make sense? Can’t understand if one is only contagious with the onset of symptoms, then add the incubation period, how could the boyfriend be showing symptoms already? If she became symptomatic on Friday, this is only Monday.

I don’t know enough on the subject, but is it strange that a vast majority of infected Americans would share the same blood type? Or would it just imply that the good Dr’s blood type is a universal donor?

Working on Duncan was probably a 60hr/week load. Probably her boyfriend was her only contact. And her dog, which Dallas is kenneling until she recovers.

I suspect Dr Brantly is O+.......universal donor. I am O+ and was frequently called to donate when there was a low blood supply in the hospital where I worked. God bless Dr Brantly, he is a saint.

Good question. It only makes sense if the disease is contagious before the symptoms show. This would be disastrous.
